Approve your tenant as usual

Your Service Options
Option 1- Direct Bond Payment
No bond funds change hands
We guarantee all verified physical damage directly caused by all tenant
One off upfront fee of $1000 per property (covers the full term
What is Not covered:
Unpaid rent, missed rent payments or rent arrears-this service does not cover any rent obligations
Fines, penalties or unapproved alterations
Excludes renovations, wear and tear, pre-existing damage, and natural events
Electrical, plumbing and compliance are only covered if agreed in writings
For claims over $300 three independent quotes are required before approval
Pre-move-in photos and condition report are mandatory
Option 2- Full Damage Guarantee
We pay the full agreed bond amount to you before move-in
One-off service fee $250
No damage or repair guarantee applies to this option
You must lodge the bond with Tenancy Services as required by law
Full bond amount must be returned to us within 5 working days at the end of the tenancy
Our Promise
Around rental bonds and claim issues, we take on full risk of missed, underpaid or unpaid claims. You will receive payment all valid claims confirmed under our terms-no uncertainty, no chasing, no tribunal delays.
Important: This service covers damage liability only. It does not cover missed rent, unpaid rent or financial obligations related to tenancy payments.
